Practice Sessions
Between May and August, we practise outdoors at South Reading Leisure Centre, Thursdays between 6:45-8:15pm.
From August, our general club practice sessions are held at Reading Blue Coat School, Thursdays between 6:15pm-7:45pm.
Our korfball league squads also enjoy additional biweekly squad sessions.
These are held at Kings Academy Prospect School, Wednesdays between 7:30pm-9:00pm.

Coaching
Reading Rooks are an ambitious korfball club. For the 2025-2026 season, we fielded 4 teams in the Southern Counties Korfball Association (SCKA)'s league, while in 2026-2027 we will have a team competing at Regional level for the very first time ever!
We want to keep challenging ourselves, climb the English Korfball League Pyramid and grow our club in a sustainable way. Thanks to our weekly practice sessions under the expert guidance of our coaches, we continuously seek to improve our knowledge of the game.
For the 2025-2026 season, Reading Rooks were led by home-grown coaches Becks and Alex.
In the coming season, Becks will form a partnership with another Rooks stalwart Stuart!
