Practice Sessions
Between May and August, we practise outdoors at South Reading Leisure Centre, Thursdays between 6:45-8:15pm.
From September, our general club practice sessions are held at Reading Blue Coat School, Thursdays between 6:15pm-7:45pm.
Our korfball league squads also enjoy additional biweekly squad sessions.
These are held at South Reading Leisure Centre, Wednesdays between 6:00pm-7:30pm

Coaching
Reading Rooks are an ambitious korfball club. Though we have only been around since 2019, we are the joint-largest club in the league. For the 2025-2026 season, we fielded 4 teams in the Southern Counties Korfball Association (SCKA)'s league, and hope to build on these strengths in 2026-2027!
But we don't just want to grow our size, we also want to keep challenging ourselves and climb the English Korfball League Pyramid. Thanks to our weekly practice sessions under the expert guidance of our coaches, we continuously seek to improve our knowledge of the game.
For the 2025-2026 season, Reading Rooks were led by home-grown coaches Becks and Alex.
In the coming season, Becks will form a partnership with another Rooks stalwart Stuart!
